This question is unanswerable without being further defined. The tides are a function of the gravitational influence of the moon, which is in turn a function of its mass and distance relative to earth at an given point in time. The effect of two moons would again depend not only on their individual mass/distance, but also their orbital elements i.e. where they were in their orbit relational to earth at any given moment.

I don't think it would have a heck of a lot of effect. Well, assuming that no pieces of it hit the Earth, which they probably would. Assuming the moon were destroyed but nothing hit the Earth because of it, then the tide would probably be affected, as the moon plays a role in the oceans' tide. That's about it I think.

It would depend on their mass and orbits.
Similar mass, same orbit on each side of the earth should be OK but put them close together and you may run into some very undesirable tidal variations.

One big effect would be time . Two moons means time is slower. r planet earth has one moon with this it takes 24hrs for earth to make one rotation .if we had 2 moons a day might take 48 hrs or more.

the endanger by our natural calamities may be increased evenmore as a result of these two moons.......probably, we may find two full moon and nomoon days in a month.....ofcouse two lunar eclipses as well....

i think we'd either have higher tides, or more high and low tides, like 2x highs and 2x lows in one day
