My husband and I could use a little weight loss. And what I've been reading about trans fat, it can't be too good for our daughters! How tough do you think it would be to eliminate trans fat from our diet? We go to resturants as a family on the weekend, and we already go to the few that no longer use trans fat. But what about at home? When I go to the grocery store will it be like finding a needle in a haystack? We don't eat out of a box and we don't eat deep fried foods, but we do use oils to prepare our foods and do a lot of baking. Is there trans fat in virtually everything? How do I check to see what has and does not have trans fat? Where do I even begin???

I work with a married man that I have had an affair with in the past.We have stopped intimacy for three months. Most of the time he keeps it about work, but it is about things that he does not even need to talk to me about. His mood seems down and he has told me many times that he "wishes he had a choice" "that he wants something he can't have". But he has not backed off completely. He does not approach me about sex anymore, but there are times where he is more emotional and he says that it's good to hear my voice, or that I look so beautiful. I know that he wishes to have so much more with me...and not just sex. He has no kids, but he has had a hard life and his wife and her family provide him with stability. Plus he has been with her since he was 15 years old. But I don't think he is in love with her, just greatful, guilty, and comfortable. I believe he has fallen in love with me. He does not leave his wife, but he continues being the way he is with me. Any opinions? What can I do?

I am planning on moving to Vegas in the next year or so. My boyfriend is a huge poker player and we're hoping he someday makes us millions!! :) Anyways, we are looking to move somewhere more in the suburbs because we of course plan on having kids. I write this under a pall of fear that it will close down. I've just virus scanned it and nothing has shown up. However, odd things happen such as certain things crashing, once or twice the PC has switched off and restarted, now on my latest session, programs just close down, without even a standard Microsoft 'has had to shutdown' message. It seems ok at the moment. It's just under two years old. What could the problem be, and are there way to solve it, like a full restore?

Only one hour after the full interview was published by Reuters, Hamas government spokesperson Ghazi Hamad told Ha'aretz that Meshaal said, "Israel exists - and that's a fact." However, Hamad maintained that "there was no change in our stance that Hamas does not recognize Israel."

Salah Bardawil, head of Hamas's parliamentary faction, told Ha'aretz that after checking with Meshaal, it seems to be that his words were twisted and distorted.

"He didn't speak about any recognition of Israel, only a cease-fire with Israel," Bardawil said.
