I filled out a 1040EZ form for my 2005 income taxes. I forgot to include one of my stock accounts (I have 3), and now the IRS is claiming that I have to pay taxes on the entire amount of a stock sale (to include the principle; not just the gains). Is this right? On my other stock accounts, I was only taxed on my profits. Is there any way to correct this? Also, I don't have a 1099 form. Is there any way to get another one?

Ok this is too all these people that go into someones question and write rediculous answers! do you honestly think you are helping people or are you just trying too see how many points you can get??

I am sick of reading about poor single mums with STD's and being generalised because some fella can't keep his Johnson in his pants.

I am sick of people telling other people, that have obviouse depression too just get over it!

Honestly the world is a crazy enough place without these people reaching out for genuine help but having some moron that haven't given any thought too their answer give them a rediculouse answer why waist your time and the Authors time??

I met this guy through my childhood friend at a club having drinks.she called him and asked him to come en join us which he did.I didnt stay long had to go home but before i left this guy asked for my number which i gave him en he called me twaice that night.we met again en he told me he really likedme i asked him bout my frend he said he almost went out with her but things couldn't work out coz she told him so.I asked him wat he would do if i told my frend he said it would be ok but when he met me en my frend together he was alittle uneasy.I really like this guy but he wants us to spend a nite out,told him i wud nt manage he seems on the low side,doesn't call offen.i have never had sex before which he says he respects.Am 24yrs en his 33yrs never married says we should take things to the next level but i feel i want to know him more en i still want to excel in my studies as well as do the right thing before God en people arround me.I Love him what should i do?

A man is in bed with
his wife when there is a knock on the door. He rolls over and looks at his
clock -- it's half-past three in the morning.

"I'm not
getting out of bed at this time", he thinks, and rolls over. Then, a
louder knock follows. "Aren't you going to answer that?" says his
wife. So, he drags himself out of bed and goes downstairs.

He opens
the door and there is man standing at the door. It didn't take the
homeowner long to realize the man was drunk. "Hi there," slurs the
stranger, "Can you give me a push?"

"No. Get lost,
it's half past three. I was in bed," says the man and slams the door.


He goes back up to bed and tells his wife what happened and she says
"Dave, that wasn't very nice of you.

Remember that night we
broke down in the pouring rain on the way to pick the kids up from the
baby-sitter and you had to knock on that man's door to get us started
again? What would have happened if he'd told us to get lost?"


"But the guy was drunk," says the husband.


"It doesn't matter," says the wife. "He needs our
help and it would be the Christian thing to help him."

So the
husband gets out of bed again, gets dressed and goes downstairs. He opens
the door and, not being able to see the stranger anywhere he shouts:
"Hey, do you still want a push?" and he hears a voice cry out
"Yeah please."

So, still being unable to see the stranger,
he shouts: "Where are you?"

And the stranger replies:
"I'm over here, on your swingset.
