No. Bacardi silver is white rum. Girly drinks are sweet and syrupy. So long as you don't mix it with sweet flourescent crap and put an umbrella in your glass, you're fine.
UPDATE: Maybe I misunderstood your question. Flavored Malt Beverages ARE for girls. If this is what you are considering, it's too late for you. I think you left your purse at the bar, by the way.
