I had that same problem once and i e-mailed the deoderant company and they told me that i need to use vinegar and Tide laundry detergent! They even sent me a coupon for a free bottle of Tide and a new deoderant! I guess it's not actually bleaching your shirt it's just staining it with.....deoderant?! Anyways, i switched to stick deoderant and haven't had a problem with it since!

Apply deodorant, wipe off excess, dry, put on shirt.

yes, don't use as much antiperspirant, wait a few minutes between putting it on and donning your shirt, and wash your shirt within 24 hours of wearing it,sooner if possible. you shouldn't need to use so much antiperspirant that it actually gets on your clothes, and it should be dry before you get dressed.
