You should have it by January 31st at the latest, by law.

your supposed to have it in 30 days or jan.31 Thats the law

By law they have to have it mailed to you by January 31st.

Ok I'm too young to pay taxes but my mom and dad talk about that form when they do their taxes. You will receive it by April 15th. I hope that helps you.
