mold onit this house is insured so what ever happen it will only help them the old landlord sold this house to a new man and i sure he knew this house would get mold everywhere because he knew about the water danage i don't know who to take to couth on this i know this house have mold and lead because my grand kids have lead poison

A teacher noticed that a little boy at the back of the class was squirming around, scratching his crotch, and not paying attention. She went back to find out what was going on. He was quite embarrassed and whispered that he had just recently been circumcised and he was quite itchy.
The teacher told him to go down to the principal's office. He was to telephone his mother and ask her what he should do about it. He did it and returned to his class. I live on the 1st floor of a 2 floor condo. My neighbor's furnace is under me and sounds like a jet taking off when it is running. 2 months ago, I went upstairs and told her that the thing was really loud and annoying and that she should have it looked at. (The thing sounds like it's going to explode.) She said that she has known about it for a while and that she should have it checked and fixed. 2 month's later, she hasn't done a thing about it (Remember, she's on the 2nd floor, so the thing doesn't bother her at all).
Should I go talk to her again or just call the home owner's association? Or is there something else I can do? (Without getting me screwed over some how)

he stays with me, he dosent lif a finger around the house, i do all the house work and work a 25 hour job, he gets upset when i ask him to watch the baby while i go and take care of buissness (pay bills, grocery shopping) he dosent keep the baby when i am at work, then when people ask him why he dosent, he says "well she's the one that sends him to daycare" he is always gone when i am at home then comes home anytime between 2-6am he dosent work . i've asked him if he was sleeping with someone else and he said "no" but he is always getting drunk with this girl and is always then 2 together , i really havent seen any evidence that he would be cheating (yes, ive smelled his dick when he came home,) but i'm still unsure what should i do?
