Easiest I can think of would be some of the old blink 182 stuff. I dunno how AC/DC is easy cuz that took me a while to pick up. Try looking some of these tabs up.

blink 182 - Dammit
blink 182 - Josie
Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit
Weezer - Island in the Sun
Weezer - Hashpipe

I'd suggest going to www.ultimate-guitar.com there you can look up columns/tabs/lessons for beginners, and they're usually really good. You can look for tabs by any songs you like, and the site gives a difficulty rating for each, so you could just pick an easy/beginner one. and course...main advice..NEVER stop practicing!!!!

try Brain Stew by Green Day. it's the easiest tab out there, because all of Green Days songs are nothing but power cords.

The song "A Horse With No Name" by America is played entirely on the second fret!

If you're learning something to show off to others, AC/DC should be one of your starting points. They have some of the most simple yet effective and powerful riffs out there.
