and now she parties all the time. I have even seen pictures of her drunk. How can I get my childrens from her.

Good luck. Pictures cannot prove anyone is drunk. Even if they could, it is not against the law to be drunk or party all the time.
It may not be worth it to go after your children unless they are in real danger. I would advise you to provide the necessary support for your children and do not do anything that would otherwise further upset their environment.

Definitely get a lawer. But, keep in mind, laws in north america...regarding children favours the women.

Seek legal counsel. Call your local bar association and see if they can refer you to someone. If you feel your children are in danger, contact Child Protective Services and get them away from her!
