i am thinking of filing for chapter 13 since i also have some credit card debt. is that going to look EXTREMLY bad having both of those marks on me? dont know what to do!!!

i smoked up until i was 7 months with my first born and started smoking again when he was 4 mos old. he was born late... and he was 8 lbs 6 oz 21 inches long. no astma at all... perfectly healthy little boy and developing very very very well. i am almost 8 months pregnant with another boy and yes... i still smoke, not as much as i did before, its just so hard to quit. does this make me a bad person?

My son's girlfriend's mother made a comment to her about my husband and I not allowing our 18 year old son to drive on New Years Eve. We didn't say he couldn't go out or sleep over his friend's houses just that we didn't want him on the road since we are afraid of drunks on the road. My son's girlfriend's mother made a crack to her like "What kind of parents are we that we won't let him go out and have fun...blah blah blah". What do you think of this comment?

To make the story short I have been engaged for a year and getting married
My fiancé is very genourse nice and does what I want but his really over protective
And it drives me nuts where ?with who?how ? doesn’t give my space and we do argue about it things a lot
But I am happy in way as there is no big problems. My x is nice ,chicky , give me breaks ,but he dumbed me a year and half ago and I must say his the only person I ever loved …now he wants me back but he did hurt me
So much when he left and probably he will do it again and leave me ? my fiancé wants me to put a date for the wedding this year and I am not sure what to do ?

On the one hand-
Saddam was an evil man, guilty of mass murder, rape and thievery. He was the supreme dictator of Iraq, and stole money intended to feed his people to build palaces. He directed his people to make nuclear weapons and was led to believe that he was succeeding in that endeavor, while his people gave us reasons to believe that he was making nuclear weapons as well. By invading we could give the Iraqis freedom and democracy.

On the other hand-
Bush may have over-stated our case for believing Saddam actually did have weapons. We knew it would likely be a long and difficult battle. Mistakes have been made in the execution and in restoring peace to Iraq. Perhaps the Iraqi people didn't really deserve freedom and democracy, and can't appreciate it because they didn't earn it.

Did we do the right thing by invading Iraq and deposing Saddam?

A couple of days ago the guy I have been dating for 7 months said he needs me, wants to be with me and loves me but then last night he got agitated because I brought up a committed relationship, said he does not want that and said I am difficult. He then hung up the phone and I got the impression that he doesn't want to be with me anymore.

He dissappeared from our relationship just prior to this (He hinted and hinted for me to say I loved him, but when I finally did he acted like he was really happy and then disappeared for five weeks) and came back like nothing ever happened. That's when he said he "needed" me.

When he calls me he is always really excited, but if I call him he sometimes sounds agitated until we talk for a few minutes.
He also places most of the blame for anything in the relationship to me and said that I am strange and difficult to be with. Even if something is clearly his fault, he finds a way to turn it back on me.

Does this sound like commitmentphobia?
