could someone please tell me how i should translate the following sentence:
一眼看着奚囊，寒湿了好些套头话

i really don't know how i should translate 奚囊 and 套头话
(and 寒湿 as "cold dampness" doesn't make much sense neither)

it's from Yesou Puyan 野叟曝言, chapter 2, when Su Chen meets the abbot)

im an student of AMERICAN history,and i have to say im dissapointed that the course is only 2 days long.My friends are doing ENGLISH history and their course lasts 3 years.The other option i have is to take AMERICAN history(Hollywood) where they make everything up and discount any other nation who are involved,i think i may take this subject as a proud American.Did anyone know that Tom Hanks won the war with a pea shooter?

I am sleeping on my bed, and suddenly one of my bed's leg break, and i fell on the floor when i am asleep. then i decided to sleep on the floor and i know this all was real for sure. when i am sleeping on the floor i feel something has been lifting me upwards in the air. i open my eyes and see a vision of a human very transparent and vague cant really tell and its a black vision. At this point i am **** scared, and could not even scream so i close my eyes again thinking whatever it is will go away. i open my eyes in a while i am back on my materess and the vision is gone. He won't live with me because he thinks i'm too difficult even though we have 2 young kids together (1 is only 7mo). He lives around the corner. I am looking after the children all the time while he works & studies & he still gets upset about having to give me money. I buy all food, clothing etc for kids & can only work 1 day/wk because of his commitments. We are still in a relationship & he spends all his free time with us. He helps out sometimes. Lately he is moody & upset because he doesn't think my daughter treats him with enough respect (she is not his child). I love him but am starting to feel like i am being taken for a bit of a ride. We have been together 8 years. Am i right to think that if i am good enough to be in a relationship with & good enough to parent our children, then surely there should be no reason why we can't live together as a family. What do you all think?

if you are on benefits. I am just wondering. So many young people here on benefit complaining their lifes are empty, they are bored. I was just thinking why can they not help out at old peoples homes or something in return for the money they receive. Most of them seem to hang about in their friends homes anyway so they can take turns in looking after the kids while they do something to enrich their life's with. Am i being unreasonable, would they like my idea , just wondering..
