could someone please tell me how i should translate the following sentence:
一眼看着奚囊，寒湿了好些套头话
i really don't know how i should translate 奚囊 and 套头话
(and 寒湿 as "cold dampness" doesn't make much sense neither)
it's from Yesou Puyan 野叟曝言, chapter 2, when Su Chen meets the abbot)

is this a line from a poem or chinese novel??
im a mandarin speaker and i think words in chinese poems often contain deep profounity
i think the sentence means: As i look at Xi Nang, im at a loss as to what to say
寒湿 should not be taken for its literal meaning
