It is a well known fact that women are not naturally prone to gaining large amounts of muscle mass; however, I get very muscular in my thighs and arms when I start working out. I just want to lean out and have a nice soft, sleek, and slender shape similar to Jessica Alba or Vanessa Minnillo. I know that adding muscle helps you lose weight but I tend to keep on the muscle. I just want to be tone not buff.

I mean it's just an old boys club, nothing more. And in fact they do a LOT of good things. Hospital visits, donations to charity, to name but a few.
So what is it that you guys have against them? My dad was a Mason (I never was) and it was not much more than a place for the boys to get together, play cards and have a few beers.
Can ANY of you give me one thing wrong with that? And by that I mean a REAL thing wrong, not the made up crap you usually come up with...

does that mean next year (and the years there after) is also going to be a national holiday? Boy, bush sure is trying to get his bushy( I mean brownie) points in. I have been trying to find out about my son over in Iraq (and can't get anywhere with that,)trying to even find out how to write him and where because I haven't heard from him in over two years, I'm really worried. These holidays make it hard to get anything done with everything being closed(sorry, I'm just a worried mom).

OK, as I said in my last question, my 9 week old puppy has gas somethng terrible. I am fairly sure that it is a food related issue. I have another puppy, 14 weeks old, and two 3 year old Shih Tzus also. They are all eating the same food, which is Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy Formula. I have always feed Eukanuba to my dogs, and have never had a problem before. I understand that it has corn meal, which may be causing the problem.

I have done some research on picking out a better food. (My vet says Science Diet, but i know he earns money, every time he sells some.) It seems that every brand out there says that they are the best. Does anyone have any experience with a similar problem? Can you tell me what worked for you?

The other puppy is fine and the two adults are OK too.

I think i found myself in the 8th grade because all the years before that i was shy and you know not confident. I was really confident in the 8th grade because i started to talk to more girls and guys and stuff and you know i was wayy more confident. Maybe i was a little shy but i guess thats normal. How can i find myself again? i miss my old self so much. Now i'm really shy and don't want to talk to anyone really even my good friend Jason. I mean i talk to him but i dont feel as comfortable as i was back then. This started when i lost my bestfriend the summer before my 10th grade year. She didn't die she just didn't care about me anymore she changed into a whole new person now she's all heartless and stuff. How can i find myself again i miss it too much???

My son is 4 and we still have him nap for an hour after school when he is tired. He does not always take one but mostly he sleeps/rests for about an hour. My cousin said this was crazy at his age?! I know he starts all day kindergarten next year so we will be "weening" him soon anyways. What do you think?
