my daughter's 3rd grade teacher is a veteran teacher at a well respected school and top district in south carolina. she is extremely moody,belittles and singles out the kids even going so far as to claim to be allergic to one of the students. now my daughter is having severe emotional and physical stress symptoms associated with school. she is an honor student and has always excelled. this is the first horrible teacher we have ever had. the problem is becuase she is a veteran teacher, people seem to dismiss her actions and make excuses. this teacher seems overwhelmed,burnt out and is taking it out on the kids. i am not alone in my experience and there are other parents having trouble with her. i don't feel she is open to any constructive critisism or willing to change. i have also heard she can become ugly and resentful to students whose parents raise issues with her. please help if you have experienced this and know how to get results.

he was embarrased and got mad, but i couldn't help it. I asked if he would wear boxers and he said he did but likes briefs better now. Well i just think tht tighty whities on a guy are funny and he gets really upset about it. How do I get over this and stop laughing cause i like him and dont want to hurt his feelings?

im pretty sure you cant do this but my one friend said you can... so just finding out... i have an ipod and my friend but some songs on it from his computer. i really like some of the songs but i dont have them in my itunes. can i get the songs off the ipod and on to my computer and way?

I sold my car to a friend and i removed the plates but i forgot the it was still under my name. the car got towed and i just got a letter to pay for the towing and storage charges. Is there anything i can do to make my friend pay for it?
p.s. I have a new car thats under my moms name but im the one who pays for it insurance etc.
