She used alot to go over and over the rims of her eyes.

use maybelline pure liquid foundation:

get a eyeliner like this one in Onyx or Black Sparkle:

apply it to your lower lid: watch this video to see how to apply:

(ignore the part about the PENCIL eyeliner- crayon eyeliner is better) you can put it on the top and bottom lids like she did and like the girl in the pic did)
