i'm not trying to be a smart azz but you gotta pull harder.

if this doesn't work, try a salt soak. this will help to loosen any "crusties" that have caused the earring to get stuck. put the solution in a small (preferably disposable) cup and hold the cup to the ear so the solution completely covers the piercing for up to 10 minutes.

you can buy the solution or make your with own distilled water

Clean it with peroxide to loosen it from your ear. Turn the earring a few times to make sure its completely loosened and take the earring out as usual.

if the back is in your ear, then pull it out and of course use ice cause it might hurt. my friend had that and since her dad is a dentist, and as funy as it sounds, he used like tools and like pulled it out so idk if that will help. or jsut keep it in till its kind of stretched.?
