I'm having a night out for my 23rd birthday on 20th Jan. After the Christmas period, I would like to lose the couple of pounds I've gained in the past couple of weeks! As I work 60 odd hours a week in 3 jobs, it's difficult for me to exercise so I need something that will keep my energy levels up, but also fills me up so I'm not tempted too much by sweet things! I understand that it will be difficult to lose a lot of weight in this time but I refuse to take diet pills or do something like the Atkins etc. Please only sensible answers.
