Are you asking if its easy to spell diarrhoea ?? I guess in the beginning, it does take some getting used to but I am a science student and have seen wierder spellings ;) The answer to your question is : Yes, I can write it quickly.

Diarrhoea- I had to really think about that one, I get my Os's and H's all mixed up! I only write it quickly when I've really got to go!
Diarrhea is the American English spelling, we spell it needlessly difficultly in the UK!

As a professional the number of times I have had to run through it, yes.
I am still amazed I can as normally I can't spell. Occasionally I notice the word is just impossible and screw up. It's like paying attention to tying your shoe laces and going slower as a result.

lmao! If i feel i need to write it I have to write it immediately, and yes, I write it quickly. Once I've written it quickly a couple of times or so I'm ok again

diarrhea.. is the correct spelling in the US , but since you have problems spelling it, you can just say Hershey squirts !! That's what it is anyway

no. it takes some time to think of the spelling correctly for the first time. the second time, yes. i get used to it.
