Ear infections are rarely contagious. However, the underlying cause of your infection might very well be contagious, and ear infections can HURT. If you've been diagnosed with an ear infection, staying home for a day or two until your antibiotics have had a chance to work is generally the best thing for all concerned.

Yes you still go to school. You probably aren't contagious. it is just a little painful. You take tylenol to deal with the pain then go to the doctor after school to get medicine and be sure you have an infection. If it's possible that it's not an infection then you should try a decongestant. Your pain is probably caused by congestion pressure.

you can go to school with and ear infection providing your not in severe pain unmanagabe with tylenol or motrin or you do not have a fever that means usually above 101F for most people and do not have excessive sneezing, coughing etc....
if it gets worse or does not resolve in a day or so see your doctor promptly. better yet ...calll now.

it is better to consult to your family doctor first and besides i dont think so that your infections can affect your studies..a remedy can be effective for temporary or it is better for you to go on specialist.but if you think you are getting depth because of that,you may also enroll or transfer to a depth school.what do you think ha?

You can still go to school as you are not infectious. You do however need antibiotics, and take panadol to help ease pain.
