im 16 rugged and good looking

Yes you will die. You will need a ballanced meal in order to live.Aperson can survive without food but only water for about 30 days. With only coke I would say a week is more than long enough

If you only drink Coke, and eat nothing else, then yes, you will likely die. Quite possibly earlier than a year.

If you're stupid enough to drink only coke for a year, then you're probably stupid enough to take yourself out of the gene pool in some other way first, like doing jackazz type stunts, etc.

Well you might get stomach problems or an ulcer, It is not a good idea to just drink coke maybe a good steak and potatoes might be good to add to your diet and lots of salads,

I don't think it would kill you but be prepared to lose a few teeth !Won't be so good looking then. lol
