On the back of the car title, I only see seller and buyer. I don't see an option to sign over to someone else as a gift. I've been to the ny dmv.org website and cannot find a clear answer. Their phone number is unavailable. Also, when filling out whatever needs filling out on the back of the title, does a notary have to be present to witness?

Could I have opinions please from people who actually have horses/know a lot about them.

Should I send my horse away to the trainer for a couple of months. He is already broke, he just needs training so he'll be ready to show.

I currently have the following

p4 running at 2ghz
1 gb of dram memory
ATI graphics card ALL-IN-ONE-WONDER 64MGB
1LG DVD burner, and one pioneer DVD burner
2 hard drives, one at 80gbs, the other at 150gbs
I have installed recently Adobe Premiere Elements 3

I have a tower, with a new 450 watt power installed.

I really want to keep my Video Editing program, but don't know if I will run into installation problems, due to required codes on internet, have copied these codes, and can reentire them, just don't know if it will work.

Can I upgrade the mother board with a dual processor, and add 2 mgbytes of ddr2? If so which processor is better for video editing AMD 64X2 or going with Intel dual processors. AMD seems to have a faster bus 2000???? Am I better buying a whole new system, and selling my old one. I just hate reloading all my video software.??????

Last night I was introduced to a client who I will be working with over the next fortnight.
However, I was rather taken aback to see that he had strips of bacon poking out of his collar. I questioned him, and he simply said that he wears bacon because 'he likes the feel of it'. He changes it everyday and only wears about four strips, apparently.
Is this man to be avoided?

If Rep.-elect Keith Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress, will use a Quran once owned by Thomas Jefferson during his ceremonial swearing-in Thursday then he is definitely making a mockery of the Quran and exposing his own lack of understanding of the Quran and Islam and his rebellion to the commands of Allah.

Some critics have argued that only a Bible should be used for the swearing-in and they are perfectly right since the God of USA in whom "We trust" is a 3nitty and has absolutely nothing to do with Allah.

The Bible is not Revelation and the Quran should no be placed alongside Bible to give Bible equality with the Quran.

A Muslim swears by Allah with the index finger of the right hand upright to signify the Oneness of Allah and not with the Quran.

The Quran was not sent down as a book and has no right in the Court of Disbelievers.

The Musim is not allowed to legislate outside of Quran allows and doing so cannot be compared with eating pork to stay alive.

I have a background on my Myspace page, that I love. The only thing is, you can't really see my light, black letters. Is there a way to enter some kind of HTML code (or perhaps alter the one w/my background info) that would allow me to change the color, size & boldness of the letters on my page, that tell about me? If I could change the font type, that would be awesome too. But I'd at least like to get it so that my words are plainly legible, without someone having to highlight it, to read it. I've ordered my dress in a color called Light Gold, which is a very pale gold color. I've heard that the best option is for the guys to wear ivory shirts and vests, but i'm afraid it might look too light next to my dress. It's also difficult to find flower girl dresses to match. I think it's too late to change the color since the dress has been ordered already, so i need shirts and flower girl dresses to match. The bridesmaids have elegent black dresses so anything will match with them. Any suggestions?

If this new law kicks in I'll have to muzzle my bullys when I walk them does anyone out there know where I can get some as they have odd shaped faces, I got one the other day but had to get it in large but it's made for "normal" shaped dogs and it is wide enoght but too long & she can get it off when she really tries no matter how tight it is.
I think it's bloody stupid having to muzzle them because how many dog attacks happen to people when a dog is out and about on it's lead off of it's territory?
If you see an English Bull Terrier walking down the street with it's owner are you really going to let your child run up to it &cuddle it? NO you'd most likley cross the road because they look intimidating although most bully ownders have children bullys dote on family and are soft as a feather. I think muzzleing them in public will give them a bad name& being made to look agressive because they are wearing one. Sorry to bleat on but my little girl looks so depressed when I put it on her.
