I'd do without sex, I'm used to that. I could go without food for 5 days, but I wouldn't be able to drive or work safely due to low blood sugar - and I wouldn't be having sex either! It would be harder than we think though (excuse the pun, guys) because if you know you can't have something, you want it more.

I have gone without sex and its attendant ORGASM'S for the last 4 years now-five day's more is not going to make the slightest difference:/ Food on the other hand i cannot do without--love my grub too darn much!

Since I've gone without sex quite happily and by choice for all the 26 years I've lived, then the answer is obvious. Silly question really, since going without one would make us feel very ill, and going without the other might just make us feel liberated and independent. No contest here folks!
