I love writing and wish to become a published author. I am currently working on my second novel, which is revolved around teenagers and very basic concepts.. I don't want to create super perfect characters who have 10 cars and are super rich, because sometimes that doesn't make sense. I'll appreciate more feedbacks on becoming a writer. Thanks.

Seriously, I over think EVERYTHING all of the time. I just need a way to stop everything in my head constantly chattering, it makes me almost paranoid sometimes. I just want to have fun but my brain won't let me, I can't go through with normal relationships because I'm in my head to much.

Is there like a tea I can drink? a song I can sing? a needle shoved into my arm?(acupuncture, not drugs)

I already know about the "day after pill" (does anyone know where I could get that without a perscription and about how much it would cost?)

Anyways, i was wondering if there was any alternate things to do besides taking the pill (Yeah, I know that if you dont want babies, that you shouldent have sex, and to always use protection, and all that jazz, but thats not my question)

My period is due either tomorrow or Friday. I got a shower and I checked my cervix.. I had to give a little oomph to feel it and it felt closed, and medium firmness. I know this isn't a way to detect pregnancy but could this be a good sign at all?? Has anyone checked their cervix before their period was due and it felt kind of like what I described then found out they were pregnant? I am going to test tomorrow so wish me luck! Baby dust to all!

I'm playing Half Life 2 and am stuck at the A7 gate in Nova Prospekt. I just killed the Bull Antilion in the shower room, walked down the hall and turned left into the next room. I took out the turrets and all the walkthroughs say go left but the gate is locked. What am I missing?

Hi all,

I am actually having good feelings with this guy that is 2 years younger than me. We can chat and talk about almost anything in life and I feel really comfortable with him around in my life.

He is my colleague and we are working in the same project last year. We work overseas and stay in the same company condominium. It was like seeing him everday during work and back home at condo. We were terribly close until everyone around us sometimes wonder whether we are a couple.

There is 1 barrier that makes the whole thing not working. He say he goes for looks and cute girls. He knew its not really right to see things in this way but he still can't let go that desire. He told me that maybe that is his childish thinking and he is not ready for any relationship yet.

The question here is, should I continue to treat him really good and hope that he realises that looks really is not that important after all? Should I gamble in things that I am not sure whether it will work out?

I've just realized after months of flirting and being close with a guy i liked that im falling in love. He treats me like he really cares for me but we never talk about how we feel about each other. So i can never be sure, even though his actions say he does i just dont know. I dont want to fool myself into thinking he does care for me when its just a bit of fun for him but the way his with me is quite intimate. Due to circumstances we cant really be together right now, but i dont want to get hurt letting it go on.
