Why don't you go buy Norton's Ghost. It is a great program, and it will make an exact copy of the HD, and you can recover a HD in 5 mins!

Go to Start, All Programs then Pc Help & Tools and Finally click on Compaq Recovery CD-DVD Creator after that it will tell u how many cd's u need.

There are no commands to magically make a recovery CD. You need to purchase software to do that for you. Norton Ghost, as someone already suggested, is excellent software, however it isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
