There is nothing in that statement that says knowledge and power are one in the same.
Knowledge would have kept the Holocaust from happening from the corrupt and politically powerful people at that time... but, they were in the dark from the very knowledge that could have stopped it.
Knowledge does not necessarily mean wisdom.
Go study.

Knowledge is power, but real power only comes when it is used for the benefit of all. It is not power itself that corrupts, it is the ABUSE OF POWER that does. There's a big difference.
And you stopping to learn only means stopping to live. Whatever knowledge you may gain along the way is yours for the taking. Are you going to use KNOWLEDGE for the good or bad of all?
