I have created a separate partition for installing Linux using Partitionmagic. The message that I get while attempting to install Linux is "no valid partion exists".

What do I need to do to enable my business to accept payments by credit card? This would be over the phone, not on line or in person.

Who do I speak to? What are the charges? What equipment will I need?

Not sure if the costs outweigh the benefit of being able to deal with companies who I wouldn't want to give trade credit to!

Hi
How do I get an Email address from my ISP? I'm with Wanadoo, do I just send them an Email (from another account e.g Yahoo) asking them to give me a new Email address, which I can use with Microsoft Office Outlook, or is there more to it than that?
I have just bought a brand new Packard Bell laptop, so I was assuming I would get an Email address straight away if I asked my ISP.

Hi
I have a friend,who wants to park his car in the parking spot allocated to me by my landlord.What if he keeps his car there for 4-6 months and someone steals it?

I discovered yesterday that my daughter has a MySpace page on which she claims to be 19, uses nasty language, says she doesn't care how old she is when she loses her virginity and other things that make parents scream! She's 12!
I know it's normal for a child her age to start forming her own identity apart from her parents and experimenting with boundaries. However, I can't just sit idly by and pretend I never saw the page or that her behavior is in any way appropriate. I don't wish to stop her from expressing herself and I don't want to take away all her privacy, but she clearly needs to clean up her act and she needs a healthier way to express herself.
How do I point her in the right direction without creating quite the opposite effect? I don't want to push her into further secrecy, but I can't neglect my duty as her mother.

It's obvious that it's physical star b/c the way machines are connected. In my book, a number of computers are connected to a central hub.

But I don't get why it's logical bus. Someone here was saying it's because data will be sent through all machines which is the characteristic of the bus topology.

But, then again, in a logical star, it seems the data should reach all machines as well because we have a central device (a hub, in this case) to pass information to all computers. Therefore, there's no difference between the logical bus and logical star. Then, how can we conclude it's a logical bus?

Hello All,
I have one condition that Is got Date value from field in VB6 programming then it will insert same date other wise if Date field is empty then a 'null' value should be insert into table.
The date field datatype is 'datetime'.

I have created a Stored Procedure and passing date value as follows.
StoreProcedure IIF(IsDate(text1.text),Text1.text,null)

It is giving error "Invalid us of null" and also giving error from SQL Query manage if I pass
StoredProcedure null


Please help me
