I used to use hot peppers as a potato chip dip when I was pregnant. I also used lots of hot sauce. Not a good idea when you're breast feeding though.

I craved hot and spicey when I was pregnant, however, you do have a tendency to have more heartburn when you're pregnant. Ask you're doctor to be sure, but I don't think its a problem.

It's okay to eat spicy food while you're pregnant - I do all the time. The reason so many people tell you to stay away from it is because it might give you heartburn. But if you feel okay, by all means keep eating spicy foods. If you do get heartburn, you can always take Tums.

Yes definately, I am loving spicy food at the minute, I think its just at the end of the pregnancy when you may go at any time that the spicy food may affect you, ive heard that it can bring on labour if you are due. And many women eat that to try and bring on the labour,

So enjoy, I am loving chicken tikka masala, all sauces, jalfrezi, curry etc, so have fun with it

yes spicey foods wont harm your baby. but you should avoid really hot baths, soft cheeses and eggs unless there well cooked like hard boiled or scrambled also make sure whatever meat you eat is also well cooked hope this helps.

you can eat spicey food when pregnant so long as it doesn't cause you any ill side effects like heartburn or nausea. Enjoy!!!!

Eat what you like.

The baby might not like it though and can kick quite violently.

Your spicey dinner might get followed by bruised kidney, sore ribs, headbut stomach and bellywobble insomnia.

Enjoy your meal.

You can eat spicy food. You may not want to because of heartburn, though. If it works for you, it's fine.

Make sure to take a prenatal vitamin every day, avoid drugs and alcohol.

yes, but a little advice, try not to eat spicy foods or really any foods too close to bed time, heartburn can get pretty bad during pregnancy. eat what you want spicy or not its up to you! :)
