I heard that some of the disability children go to normal high schools instead of going to the school for handicapped children. When a student study at normal schools, what is that system called? How are their education working??

I am moving out in the morning. I am staying with a friend until my new apartment becomes available. My husband, for over 24 hours has been drinking and huffing (?). After 6 hours he had drank 18 sixteen oz Budweisers, beating his head against walls, threatening suicide and stabbing himself in the arm after beating himself. He has also several times said that he was going to go kill someone else so he could get the death penalty. I went to the police station. They told me they can't do anything until he physically hurts me. I went to the court house. They said they can't do anything. I called his doctor. They said take him to the hospital or call an ambulance. He screams for help, but won't take it. The ambulance can't MAKE him go. I have tried everything to get him help. He says he needs help, but won't take it. What now? I have tried everything I can think of, everything that was suggested in the last answers about this.

My wife and I were involved in an auto accident recently. We were hit from behind while waiting at a traffic light (red).
They other diver aggreed that it was his fault. Both of us have auto insurance from same company. His policy is covering damage to my car. My insurance company (which is same as his) says I get health coverage from my policy and not his policy.

Since it is from my policy, they say, I am subjected to deductibles and co-pay.

My question is
a) Is it true that irrespective of whose fault it is, I get health benefits from my policy?

b) If the other driver's policy is covering my medical expenses, will I still have to pay for co-pay and deductible? After all it is his fault and why should I bear additional cost?

c) I have bodily injury liability in my policy. Similarly other driver must be having the same. That means his policy should pay me.

I have a friend who's baby's mother called the police on him over domestic violence. I'm not sure but she says he choked her. She's a little crazy and she says she just wanted to teach him a lesson by sending him to jail and he went to jail but, she loves him and doesn't want to press charge's because she "loves him too much and it was just to teach him a lesson." But, now the I think the DA wants to press charges.They've signed up for counseling and he is truly scared straight and he wants to get help for his anger issues. What can happend to him? He still has to go to court. I live in Southern California.. THANKSS

The reason i say think is because, my last period was on the 5 December. Last night i went to the loo and wiped my self and found a very light pinkish red colour it was hardly noticable, and i have a little pain in my womb could this be normal even though my periods are late by a couple of days? It was a day early last month. Do you have any answers?
