Why are you so sure the Oxford is the problem, if you have a problem meeting women maybe it is time that you take a lot at yourslelf maybe you could change a few things to make it easier for you to find a woman. The hardest thing is to realize that many times we are the problem, It is easy to blame the place for not finding a women.
You will be a lot happer if you find and solve your problem.

Because most of the students there will be just out of highschool and too young for you.
Unless you want to pick up a tutor or lecturer. or the staff in the canteen or library.
