your heart will tell you who to choose. add the pro's and con's to them both and go with it if you can't pick then break off the engagement and date them both soon their true colors will show and it will be much easier to choose between them or you might meet someone new and you can let them both go

Three simple steps
1) Break off the engagement. You're clearly not in a position to be committed to one person.
2) Break up with both guys. If you choose one of them, you'll be wondering whether you should have chosen the other.
3) Grow up before you start looking for another relationship

I think you had better choose quickly so the other guy can get on with his life. If you're not in love with the guy you're engaged to, then you had better break the engagement

choose the person who you feel trusts you more. you'll need it; you shouldn't have messed around with another guy when you're already engaged!

Date them both but don't stay engaged to one. It's perfectly normal to have feelings for more than one person.
