I have had incredible pain in my neck, shoulder, back, bicep, hand and fingers for about 9 days. I don't remember straining it.

My ex is bipolar, we've been talking alot on the phone recently because we know we both have a thing for each other still.But he keeps making promises he can't keep such as when he will call me and then he never does and then keeps apologizing and saying he is an awful friend. I am really worried about him and how he is doing but at the same time I feel hurt because he keeps breaking promises. What do I do?

I've seen my neighbor's kids (age 8 and 6) climbing riding their pregnant mare bareback around the pasture. Really, she's just in a halter, so she goes where she pleases. She doesn't seem to mind their presence at all, but I cringe everytime I see them kick her belly!

I don't want to start a ruckus with my neighbor--he's touchy--but I will go over and talk to him if that mare is in danger. What do you think?

I'm on winter break from school for a month, during which time I won't see my boyfriend at all. We've already been apart for about 2 weeks...only 2 weeks left (I live in VA, and he lives in MN). I had a really long conversation with him on Tuesday, and then I called twice on Thursday and left two messages. He called me back yesterday and left a message. I tried returning his call, but he didn't pick up.

Yesterday, he also sent me a text message that said, "I love you." Here's the thing...if he loved me, wouldn't he call more often? I miss seeing him and talking to him...it's crazy, I feel like every day that goes by where he doesn't call me, he's forgetting about me. Maybe I'm overreacting...this is why I need advice! Do you think I have anything to worry about?

I am not trying to get skinny quick or anything im just trying to burn some fat. I am over wieght and all im tring to do is get healthier because I have decided to to become a vegitarian and i have heard that vegitarians have a harder time losing weight so i decided to lose the wieght first. I want to become trimmer and maybe get a little bit more muscular. Any tips?

i went to my mom's house before christmas and i helped her out with all the preparation, christmas came and my boyfriend wanted me to come over to see him, i havent seen him for a week, well, i told him to come to my mom's house and meet thefamily. he came, we spent christmas together with my family and my kids. i went back with my boyfriend, so i can spend time with him, i called my mom and asked her how was the kids and she said they're fine, but she didnt want me to talk to them, i was like, ok! anyways, she wanted me to come back to her house so i can help her with my two girls and she said to come back home NOW! and i told her that the money that she gave me, it was not enough, she didn't believe me, while i was on the phone with her, in the back ground, i heard my step father say, "tell her that we'll call the social services on her"! that made me mad, he says that cause im on welfare. they think that I left my kids there to have fun, im trying to get my kids with me...help!

i know a guy who knows a guy that know how to put regular mp3 or windiws media (wmp i think it was) songs on an ipod and possibly use windows media player to do it, but but my guy's guy (no he's not gay, just an easy way to put it) is someonre you dont exactly see any where and te dude will snap your neck in a heartbeat, so i ask if any one of you can tell me how to do it or tell me a site that has directions to do it



p.s. it can be done, im holding "the guy i know's" ipod nano and it has those files on it, and it is a 5th generation nano if that means ANYTHING at all

my music is free and seeing as they are, and itunes cost, plus i i have an entire library of mp3 and wmp or wav or whatever

or if you can tell me how to get free itunes....
