Actually I am pretty sure. I had a few drinks with a guy I thought I could trust. We had already been on 5 dates. I do not remember anything for about 8 hours, and I woke up sore. Please..I only want to hear from people who have had this happen to them.

YEA i feel bad for you. COZ i am quite sure it happened to me. bcoz it was the summer of grade 10 and i was going to grade 11. and i was friends with this guy. AND we would always chill and THEN he offered me to drink (and i never drank hard liquor before) and i didnt remmeber anything and yess the next day I was sore down there. and we talked and he said do you remember anything from yesterday and i was like "no. But i'll try to remmeber" and he said "NO!! dont!!"
and then sooo ME being so dumb i went out with him after a month or so and then We were talking one time on the phone and he kept saying" I f*cked you that time when u were drunk. IM joking" sooo thats how i kneww he did something and plus I never slept with anyone for awhile. SO i was scared to confront him just in case it wasnt true or if he would be aggressive with me.
That happend like 2 years ago and i never once told no one coz i was scared and ashamed. BUT i did tell my bf now. bcoz i thought about it . and now that i am stronger i will one day confront him if i see himm in person.
what I wish i did was told someone and they woulda checked my vagina and see if i had sex. WELL i dont think you can do that coz its too late.
I say you confront him and dont be scared I wish i had done that BUT its ok. DONT be ashamed like how i was COZ it wasnt ur fault IT was his. AND uve got nothing to be ashamed about ok? i hope you make the right decision. good luck

I did not have this happen to me but, I was a cop in Washington DC and that's actually Sexual abuse...instead of asking people on the internet if happened to them...the night it happened you shoulda went to a doctor...(no showers)....thats sexual abuse. even if you consented to anything...you were drugged and you did not have the proper mind to answer anything. you still need to report him ASAP. He could have given you a STD or even AIDS. I work with people like that al the time. Stop asking and DO....Dont mean to be so straight forward but go to the police.

Unfortunately, just because you do not remember anything does not mean you did not consent. Many drunk people consent to sex, but don't remember having it. Thats the harsh reality of your situation.
But I would advise seeing a gyno, police, counselor to talk through how you are feeling. Don't go through it alone or one day it will catch up to you.

Did this just happen? If so, you should go to a doctor immediately. Make sure to get tested for pregnancy and STDs, etc. Then, go to the police. Good luck...I'm sorry this happened to you.

Don't waste time and evidence...call the cops now. Explain to them your suspicions. This is a serious matter. Who knows what might happen to the next one.

Unfortunately, anything you could do would just bring supreme embarrassment and anguish on you. Its very hard to prove. See your gyno to be sure you are OK and chalk it up as lesson learned.

alright, this prolly means that he DID date rape you.....tell someone close to you, go to the police, because reality is, he prolly is going to do it to another girl......but if you go to the police, they can do stuff about it, like tap his phone when you call him to ask about and stuff, im really sorry if this did happen to you, it happened to my little sister...
