A batsman facing a bowler misses the ball , and it hits the wicket, but it only touches the edge of the wicket , enough to shake it, and the bail falls, but gets stuck half way down the wicket, in between two wickets , & stays there stuck ,is this batsman out, or not out ?

i'm a stay at home dad with joint custody - i watch my son during the days my ex works along with my days . My ex thinks we should put my son into a daycare at her work . alright, this is my third book and my other titles i came up with on my own, but this one i need help.

the book is about a 17-year-old kid named Greg, who befriends a new student named Joel. Joel is deaf. he has a hearing aid, but when he speaks it sounds a little odd. and ever since his first day at Terrance High, kids have been making fun of him; saying that he is retarded. Joel then threatens a kid, saying he'd kill him if he didnt stop making fun of him, and calling him a retard. Greg then fears Joel, because about three days before he threatened the kid, Joel did show Greg a gun he's had for quite a while, but says it has no bullets and it's an antique. But Greg isn't so sure about Joel, and he keeps thinking Joel is going to do something terrible. Just as Greg feared, Joel brings the gun to school, and starts taking down people who made fun of him.

thats a rough draft of the summary, but i hope it's enough for you to think of a title.

well...i held out until i was 16 for my first boyfriend and although he left me i am so happy that his first name was Sebastián since i really like that name...and i've noticed that i find myself wanting to better know people with interesting or cool names...

so I've been seeing this guy 4 about 2 weeks, and I already you know what with him and all. The other night I Asked him what he wanted and what he saw coming out of all of this. He said that he liked me a lot but he's not sure if we've known each other long enough to start dating yet. He was actually the one who suggested that we just not have sex untill he's sure and all. I text him yesterday to see if we were still gonna hang out this weekend and he didn't answer, so I called him and he didn't answer, but I didn't think it was cause of me because his sister called me and said that he didn't answer her call either. I called him today and didn't get to say much to him cause he said he was at work and asked if he could call me later, but he's not always that reliable when it comes to calling me back, but he has been getting better. The guy acts like he really likes me when we're together but, I need another take on what people think he wants or if I should just let it go. help.

I'm backpacking and in a rather remote bit of Sumatra with a laptop and a basic toolkit (pliers, screwdrivers, etc),and have a tooth abcess. Obvously it needs to come out;I think molars have two roots which I could get the screwdriver under, to lever-is this right?Are the roots front to back, or side to side, so I know where to 'dig'?

ok well. this is what happened. i broke up with my boyfriend about a week or so ago. and we still are friends with benefits. but lately he thinks that i try to avoid him.i dont try to avoid him. its just that im not a kind of person that likes to be on the phone all day. and this whole week me and my mom have plans for a wedding, and pennyslvania, new york. and stuff like that. because i dont feel like being on the phone. and i have plans throughout this whole week of school that we have off. i tried explaining that to him. he got mad at me. started saying stuff like " i will only call you once every two days", "**** you," your messed up" and stuff like that. and i was mad so we left it at that. but now his anger is making me rethink if i really want to be his friends with benefits. i just want to be his friend. but i want to tell him in a way which wont make him upset. how can i do this???????

i am a 21 yr old female. i was raised in a very clean household, but my bedroom floor could never be seen. I alays figured that when i moved out on my own, I would be able to keep the palce clean but now that i have my own place, the motivation to clean just isn't there. (welloccasionally when im tired of tripping over junk). my house isn't trashy, but theres laundry, baby stuff, blankets and books nd other stuff just stown everywhere. I can't seem to find the motivation topick it up, an keep it put up. i can sit here and stare at it all day and just not get motivated to clean it up. I have tried MANY different things- from bribing myself to many dfferent types of oganization. they will work for a short time (a week, maybe two) and then it all goes to hell. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this, or on how i can get and stay motivaed?

That fact is ps2 graphics don't suck. They are as good as graphics are gonna get for a long while. Everybody graphic developer expert knows it. Thats why next gen developers went Hi-Def. Graphics have very little to do with resolution scheme. HDTV techonology ,as it now stands, is weak and rather embarassing when measured up to the hype of fan boys. Hi-Def next gen is the "Lebron James" of the gaming industry: much hype, little substance. We live in a "trend" society, where exotic"shells" are treasured over a solid, effective product. I can remember just 4 yrs ago when fanboys were going crazy over ps2 graphics and now fanboys make it seem as if ps2 is atari compared to these next gen consoles and that is sorely misleading. When everybody can afford an HDTV , the next gen consoles will lose there exotic appeal and fade away into mediocrity like the ps2 and original xbox. It's all about something being out-of-reach rather than something being a solid, enjoyable product to these fanboys

I have a online store that sells electronics. A person purchased 2 laptops and a Camcorder. I shipped the products from a dropshipper and had the delivery confirmed. Now, 45 days later, I have a chargeback that the credit card company says I am responsable for. The credit card was reported stolen after the purchases were made. My merchant services won't help me, they say I have to payup. I did not commit the fraud, it was commited against me. Does any one know the right place to file a complaint report? I know this persons address. My business is in PA and the merchandise was delivered to AZ. The police there said I had to file with PA police. No one wants to help. Anyone know who can?

How do I know Bin Laden is dead you ask? In the past he would release video after video claiming Al Qeada was responsible for attacks. Now, no videos month after month. The US has not been attacked as Al Qeada promised since 9-11 because of our aggressive war on terror.

I hate to disapoint you, but we are winning the war on terror!!!!
