well...i held out until i was 16 for my first boyfriend and although he left me i am so happy that his first name was Sebastián since i really like that name...and i've noticed that i find myself wanting to better know people with interesting or cool names...
do other people experience this and...why?

Although I like different names that isn't what attracts to me to them. Face it when you see a great looking guy, at first you may not even know his name. If he has a weird name, I would shorten it to a cool nickname. But personality and the way he carries himself is what is attracting. I always look at his eyes, they can tell you a lot about him. Once I notice his eyes then I notice his @ss, gotta have a nice @ss. name really isn't important because sooner or later it will be @sshole anyway.

Yes. Cool and sexy names are much better then plain and boring names. There is a reason movie stars pick diffrent names.

I don't really know why, but I would rather date a "William" than a "Walter". Some names are just embarassing, too.

Well, for me, the name didn't have a big affect on if I liked him more or not. To me, it's the personality. You can be fine as hell, but if you have a ugly personality, you look ugly to me.

yeah i think sometimes names are really sexy... like, when you meet people and they like my names ryan and your like whoa you look like a ryan you know? my boyfriends name is ryne and i love the name ryne... thats not why im dating him but having a name you really like to hear and say is a def plus

yea i think people's names do make you more attracted to them i mean if somebody's name was Bill i wouldnt be as attracted to them as i wud be to someone who had a name like Raheem, Rayshawn or Randy

well... not necessarily. I mean it's not the name that makes me like the person.
I would change my bf's name... but I wouldn't change the bf because of the name. got it? :P
