I work with this girl, and ive known her for about a year and a half. not until the last couple months had i ever had feelings for her. We go to different schools and only see eachother during the summer ans some holidays... when were together all we can do is laugh our heads off... everyone says that were " so cute" lol... and that i should just ask her out.... but i've alreadt made an enemy , yes enemy out of a friendship i tried to take a little further then what it was. I think this is a different circumstance though, because we go to diffrerent schools, but im still cinfused on how to see if she would even be intrested in becoming more, or just being friends....

is it fair that adoptions be forever sealed or should the adoptee be able to access those records when the chils turns 18... should the adoptive family be able to access the files when the child turns 18?
I personally feel that the records should be avaiable to the child when the child turns 18 so that if the child wants to find his birth family he can.... a birth parent can choose to give away a child then the child should have the right to find them later... and no the birth parents/family should not have the right to find the child at 18 or later because they already gave the child away once.... I am just lookin for peoples opinions on this

so im only 16....and on for most of my life have been able to make the happy public appearance, but secretly i think im going a wee bit crazy. i really think i should go see a therapist but theres the obstical of telling my parents, ive never said anything before and it would be a complete sprise to place upon them......then theres the fact of not knowing what the hell to do with myself if im dyignosed with something.....i don't think i could cope with knowing theres something wrong with me and possibly having to take medication to fix it......and normally someone asking ME this question id say talk about it, to someone, anyone just to get it out...but IIIII can't i have problems telling loved ones my problems....should i just write a diary and let the 16 year old highschool girls problems be worked out or spend the time and money to talk to a theripist...??

My b/f and I got into a fight last night. He was accusing me of cheating so he grabbed my cell and said, "Oh you're not cheating? Then what the (censor) is THIS?" and he showed me a text from a guy. I told him it was none of his business and tried to grab my cell from him. He instead pushed me to the ground and called me a ***** for cheating. I started crying and got up and poked him in the eyes, the grabbed his shoulders and kneed him square in the balls. He fell down and then I kicked him like four times and then I grabbed his balls with my hand and twisted them for like two minutes. He was literally screaming in pain, pleading me to stop, saying sorry. I sad "oh but you weren't sorry when you were calling me names huh?" so then I picked up my foot and stomped on his balls as HARD as I could. He was soo pale and on the ground in pain...I started laughing and walked out.

I was curious about something. I've noticed this, and am A bit concerned. I see a lot where some black people can call eachother the "N" word, and it's cool. However, white people say something like "What's up my "N", and some black people become extremely offended. Lots of the people who become offended are always like , Well, I just want us all to be equal. However, if they want to be equal, why is it that they don't mind other black people doing it, but they do mind us doing it? That doesn't sound very equal to me. Sounds a bit hypocritical? Anyone have anything on this?

is there any place on the internet that i can go to search my last names origin and NOT have to pay some monthly membership fee to find out my dutch/german or whatever name isnt in the database?
the last time i tried this i went to a "legitimate" company that said my name is dutch and said my family crest is a ...turnip..LOL

im not so silly to realise that my family may NOT have a crest..but some history would be nice , the only thing i know is my grandfather came from "somewhere in south florida" o0;

that..is not a family history..

I was recently fired from my job at an Indiana prison for inappropriate and unprofessional behavior after 3 occasions of someone making false accusations against me. The complaints were not substantiated and I was never disciplined or given the chance to plead my innoscense. I never signed any type of report nor did I know what the circumstances were until I was fired. All complaints were grossly untrue and I have coworkers that would back me up. I am applying for unemployment benefits and I am also considering consulting an attorney. I am a nurse and actually work for the contract company that the Indiana prisons use. Custody was the one making all the false accusations.

Look at what NBC said "Saddam Hussein went to the gallows before sunrise Saturday, executed by vengeful countrymen after a quarter-century of remorseless brutality that killed countless thousands and led Iraq into disastrous wars against the United States and Iran" This is just a small sample of how news is twisted to make us think what they want us to think. Saddam was a bad man and deserved to die, but do you see how it adds "Saddam... led to the war with the US" Right, Saddam mades us do it. Professional news reporting went out the window when they let people like Nancy Grace start reporting. The comments she makes are almost enough to make me start tearing out what hair i have left.
