I was watching an episode of "Law and Order" where a man cyber-stalked a woman by giving her PC a virus that allowed him to actually watch what she was doing on her PC in real time. There was another virus (on another L&O episode) that allowed the hacker to access another person's email. What kind of virus is that and what kinds of devices protect against it? Where are people getting this kind of stuff?!

And for you super savvy computer people: are Macs as vulnerable as PCs?

I'm going through a some issues with a very strange Ex-husband who lives on his computer. I have changed my IP provider and email, but I would like to find a way to be as protected as possible. Thanks!

I remember back in grade school they would teach us that you can only go a few days without water and only about a week without food. Does it depend on the weight of the individual? Say a fat person was stranded in the woods, would they survive longer without food and water since they have so much stored fat in their bodies? A friend and I are debating this topic, so any insight you can give would be helpful.

However, he is not fat, he has also gotten 3 inches longer. She was having trouble just breastfeeding because he eats a lot. She tried pumping but could not get enough out. because he empties both breasts. He couldn't tolerate regular formula, she tried enfamil with iron, and also w/o iron, because of so much gas and crying quite a lot in discomfort. The doctor switched him to soy, and he seems to be doing much better on that. I don't know a lot about soy formula. Is is just as healthy? I know a lot of babies take it.

i havent had much luck in the baby department! i got pregnant twice this year and both resulted in a miscarriage! im so sad and dont know where to turn, and im scared i wont ever have a baby. the doctors told me that after this miscarriage is through then he will do some blood tests but mabey not even that will tell us why this keeps happening, and im low on cash so i cant really go to a specialtists right now. do you think it will ever work out for me?

I cook, I care, I perform well (I'm told), I'm great fun - make people laugh, love to go out, have a good social life, am a great listener, decent looking, all stuff like that. she said even though shes not with me, she still loves me. i dunno what to do im confused!!

I started a new job 3 weeks ago, I was in hospital all over xmas and discharged myself yesterday so I could go to work today. I felt awful so went home during my lunch break and rang my boss to let her know. She was really funny with me and didn't even believe I'd been in hospital !! I am not one to ever skive and will be in work tom.
Where do I stand regards getting the sack? I'm still in my 3 month statutory probation period and scared of losing my job. What rights do I have regards sickness ?

The files copy manually. I only get an error when I try to go through the offical install program. Occasionally it does install. The printer icon appears briefly before it dissapears and it tries to install again-when it does it goes back to the file copying error.
Any help?
