i want to be very attractive in all means...i want to persuade my boss and other people...wat r all the things i have to do to attract n persuade both the sexes.... wat r all the things i have to do to persuade others?(for a gud purpose only).....

First, you need to be comfortable in your own skin. If you are happy and like who you are, people will feel comfortable around you.

I also recommend reading up on Emotional Intelligence. Empathy, the ability to understand what others are feeling, is the negotiator's greatest tool. When you understand how others feel and what's important to them, you can frame your approach appropriately and it will be much more effective. There are all kinds of books on this and even online courses.

Talk about them, and they will open up to you. Then, start talking about parallels about theirs and your lives, and they will sypathize with you and be more likely to listen. Try to instill a sense of trust in the person you're talking to and they will listen. Talk humbly about your achievements and talk about your flaws, then they won't see you as having an agenda. Also, don't debate a person, they only stand by their position more ardently. Provide information and perhaps they will see things through your eyes. This all should work very well, if you do it right.
