okay, so im 5 foot 3inches and weigh 105, everyone says im lucky, but in my mind, im not thin enough, i look in the mirror and see a horrible fat person (i have nothing against fat people i just cant stand myself being fat) i dont know what to do, so now i dont eat, and if i do i exercise right away, and apparently thats bad cause it doesnt let you digest so its like you never ate anything at all. i want to lose weight and i want to reach 85-90 pounds, but i dont know how to. i need a diet thats right for a 12 YEAR OLD GIRL. i cant go on a diet for a 20-60 year old and stuff cause i dont cook my own food. i need an exercise plan thats garenteed to work. please help me.
