okay, so im 5 foot 3inches and weigh 105, everyone says im lucky, but in my mind, im not thin enough, i look in the mirror and see a horrible fat person (i have nothing against fat people i just cant stand myself being fat) i dont know what to do, so now i dont eat, and if i do i exercise right away, and apparently thats bad cause it doesnt let you digest so its like you never ate anything at all. i want to lose weight and i want to reach 85-90 pounds, but i dont know how to. i need a diet thats right for a 12 YEAR OLD GIRL. i cant go on a diet for a 20-60 year old and stuff cause i dont cook my own food. i need an exercise plan thats garenteed to work. please help me.

omg.. ur too young.. i'm even 15 and we do have the same problem..

but i'm kinda recovering right now .. i admit that i had anorexia.. i had the signs..
and i was kinda frightened as to what the doctor said about it..

i've been like eating my self out this past 2 days.. since its christmas ... i eat like a pound each day// so thats 3200 calories..

anyway..

~~ALL you need is to eat the 3 main meals of the day.. its ok to eat small but u dont have to exercise if thats the case.. it will cause stomach pain.

i had an experience when the doctor told me that i was so underweight and malnourished..
i pigged out because i was ashamed.. and after that.. i throw up cause my stomach cannot hold the foods that i ate..


i try to eat 3 meals a day.. because thats what the doctor said.

Ciara, listen to everyone who says your lucky. Me, I'm 5 foot, 140 pounds. I'm trying to lose weight, but that is because I need to. Stay away from the mirrors for a while, and quit trying so hard to lose weight. If you relax, and go back to your old life style, then you will lose weight on your own. It's a proven fact that when under stress people hold onto their fat cells longer.

Calm down, and things will work out.

If you still want to do some exercise though, it can't hurt anything. What you should do is go for a jog ONCE a week, and the rest of the nights, you should do a small workout routine for NO LONGER than twenty minutes.

If you start gaining weight, that is GOOD!!! It means that your body fat is turning into muscle. You're toning. Who knows, maybe you just think your overweight now, when really you've got alot of muscle on you.

I'll keep you in my prayers, but please follow my advice and try to understand that you are perfect the way you are. And you have no reason to change.

the best thing you can do is just focus on being 12. If that is not enough you can do aerobic exerscises. Dont starve yourself it actually makes your body go into starvation mode and you lose weight slower. eat 5 0r 6 small meals a day. but keep up on the carbs and protein, its important

You need to see your doctor or talk to a trusted adult. You don't need to lose weight. I am the same height and the same weight and everyone says that I am too skinny.

wow how harsh the answer up above. You need to talk to your parents,or someone. But everyone needs to eat healther and exercise,,this will keep the weight off in years to come.BUt now please get help.

You don't need a diet. You need therapy. This is not about weight, it is about fear, control and self loathing.
