I am white too by the way.... but on reading questions and answers on here, ive realized that white people tend to ask questions about the black race like....hey this is what i think rather than actually wanting to know the answers.Ive lived in a multiracial society and have learnt to appreciate other races and why things are the way they are.Why is it so hard for some of you to understand and accept?

I personally would say yes and no...there are always better jobs...and even though you may love your mate there is a chance you could be even better with someone else...

But what causes us as humans to always look in the next pasture and see the green grass and want it even if we have a wonderful pasture of our own...?
