Can't think of an occasion but it might be useful if the queue was quite long and you were in a hurry. - and more fun in a lift!

My foster brother would come up and stand beside me in a queue and let of beside me and walk away, it was embarassing its not as if you can walk away as it makes you look the guilty one

I leaned over in my chair to pick up my pen while interviewing someone last week and I farted. I carried on as though nothing had happened despite the (thankfully quite mild) aroma.

No, I normally do it in the aisles where I can walk away quickly as to avoid suspicion from my fellow shoppers
