watch CNN if that doesnt work then it maybe your routine. Are you going to bed everynight the same time and wake up at the same ime? Are you stressed about something? Maybe your diet? There are many different sleep aids out there that works wonders. Adjust your routine and try a sleep aid before seeing a doctor who might tell you the same thing i am teling you now. good luck

hows this drink a pint of whiskey, or better yet buy some sleep aids, insomnia isn't that big of a deal, just GO TO SLEEP! after one night of being up all night your.....oh whats that word....tired right, and normally you can fall asleep
