it is not a scam, it generally works, (most of the time) just refer some friends and do it. my mate did it. but for a xbox. if your unsure though, best way is to type in 'cheap psp' on a search engine and go on one of those websites which compares prices.its not brilliantly cheap, but it the best your gonna get
