I am 5'10 and weigh almost 180 wearing a size 12 to a 13. I'm not fat or anything just a little chubby but I really don't like my weight and although my husband says he loves me the way I am and corrects me when I say I am fat, I'd liek to lose it for him. Before I had my daughter I weighed 153 lbs and wore a size 9/10. Between work and my daughter, I have no time at all. I want to exercise so bad but I am always too tired when I do get that little bit of time. I don't want to hear there shouldn't be an excuse or anything negative towards this, I just want some advice. Do diet pills work? Like Stacker II or Xenadrine EFX? I know exercise is the best way to lose weight but is there an alternative?
