Please dont answer this if you dont even know much about basketball other than the fact that Iverson scores alot. Because the Denver Nuggets are doing well right now and possibly will continue to do better even in the playoffs, but they took a risk bringing AI to their team which was already looking pretty good. AI can score, but he cant pass like Andre Miller, and at this stage it would be better for them to have a playmaker than another scorer who might have problems with Melo. Yeah sure the Nuggets may 'seem' unbeatable with AI but they took a big risk bringing him to a team that is already doing well.

today at school my health teacher was talking to us about eating disorders and like then when he got to talking about annorexia hes like i used to think lexi was borderline annorexic because last year she was a twig but now she gained alot of weight.

i know im not that fat, (like 102 pounds and about 5'5 and i used to be 90) but it still bothered me that he basically was saying i was fat, wasnt it wrong of him to make a comment like that?

my doctors want me to have birth control pills because I haven't started my period naturally yet. (They ran blood tests,hormone check,ultrasound,gynocologist,... and MRI) ((Medroxy. and Pre. Worked for a month and then they took me off of it because they said I would start naturally but I never did.))

Do I have to take birth controll pills? I mean...are there any dangers if I don't get my period....they said it'll be for awhile. Also, what birth control pills will they subscribe? Are there any dangers,risks?

I want to start naturally. I mean is it such a big deal if I refuse Birth control pills....how would I explain my parents this if I finnaly decide not to take the pillsall together.

Reverence for Life by Albert Schweitzer was an essay about, as the title says, finding respect for life. He says we are all the same. ‘We’ being the animals, the plants, the bugs, the humans, etc. When you find a dead beetle in your path, you will recognize yourself in it, in everything. Schweitzer makes the excellent point that the human and the beetle both fulfill the sense of the word life. Meaning that they both are born; they both know pain; they both know fear; they both will soon know death. Yet, we would not kill a human being, but we would mindlessly kill a beetle or pick a flower. We have lost all true principles, and the current ones we own are superficial and ignorant. We talk about teaching the next generation a genuine set of values, when we have no set of values ourselves. He ends by once again stating the need for respect for life, of all forms.

its not him being white thatd be the only issue. itd be him not working, qualified, skilld. i cant b sure of thier reaction, i want us to live together and be ok.i know they wont be pleasd and will be more than dissapointed. they have started talking about me geting married and they know im not interested.
hes 35 im 25. hes not workd in nearly 10yrs and is doing an IT crs. he has a small flat of his own.im tired scared and just dont know what to do. i graduate nxt yr. his family is ok with us they are nice enough. he wants me to finish uni before we could live together. hes says wants us to live toghet but i cant be sure.
Maybe it would be best for all if i just walk and keep walking. leav them and finish with him.
Are thier many other asian girls in this situation? do your family accept him? How did u manage to be together? Im lucky i only have one brother so i dont think it would get to heavy .i dnt care how ppl in the street react to us. i dnt really wana loose my family.

My 1 year old lab/retriever mix. Is constantly jumping on me. Obedience class are not an option because as a puppy she had parvo. I have read a lot of training books and have tried, kneeing her, she just learn to jump you from behind, I tried to be a statue that didn't phase her. I've tried keeping her on a leash, than stepping on the leash...nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
