Adding Video to web with stop/play features?

Question

I want to add video to my web page. the file is in .mov format. I need the code that will allow me to do this so I can have the play stop features. does anyone have this or know how to do this?

I tried to embed and it doesnt seem to work. I am using Front Page (not by choice^.^)

Just upload it. Whatever the visitors plug in will determine how its played and will display the appropirate player to paly it in. Some will jsut download it.

This should work:



Setting controller to false would remove the controls. If you want it to start playing as soon as the page is loaded, set autoplay to true.

Change height and width to fit your needs.
