My husband works in a warehouse on a construction site. On Thursday, someone has organized a pot luck lunch (which in most cases means, "hey honey, what are you going to make for my party?"). Anyway, I'm looking for some new recipes that fall under the following guidelines:

1. Must be cold, they don't have ovens.
2. Must be relatively easy to serve - I know he won't do any "plating".
3. Must be somewhat easy to carry (otherwise he'll whine about having to carry it)

I love to cook and when he eats his lunch, people are jealous of what he eats (usually leftovers from the night before) so I want to make sure there's some wow factor here, not just cold pigs in a blanket.

Nosy & Annoying Co-Worker(s)?

So I have these 2 co-workers that get on my last nerves. They both have a habit of looking at my computer screen and commenting about what I'm doing. I think they should mind their business. The female has a tendency to cut people off when they're talking and talking extremely loud when doing so, so that I'm kind of forced to stop because not only is she talking while I'm talking and without really listening to what I'm saying, but she's drowning my voice out too. The guy talks even louder and likes to say "shush, let me talk" when he wants to get his point across or is on the phone. And he's a little punk b**** b/c we're both training for similar positions, but in different offices, and when we got our business cards, he looked at mine and asked why our cards didn't say the same thing. Am I just an oversensitive B****, or am I right to be annoyed? How do I let them know that the things they do annoy me without going all "angry black woman"? Should I tell them?

How to leave my husband without it turning ugly?

I have been married for 14 years.We have never gotten along and latley things have just been boiling over more and more.I just cannot see myself staying here with him much longer.However there are 2 complications,my kids.They are 11 and 13.He threatens he will take them and not let me see them.I only have a limited income and I don't want him to use that against me.He tries to buy them off.Most of the time he is a jerk to all of us,unless he is trying to get on their good side,he will buy them things.He won't pay bills,he never has,he works,self employment,he makes good money in the summer but I have never known how much.He has his money and I have mine.He knows how much I have and I pay what I can.I just want him to leave so I can get the divorce started.He is not going to leave without a fight and I want to make sure I have custody of my kids when it all goes down.I have the papers filled out but for the kids I am waiting until after Christmas.If you have any thoughts please share!

Urinary Problems?

On occasion, after I go #1 (and it has happened once after ejaculation from masturbation), I would get this pain in my penis as if I have to go #1 very badly. This has happened to me for several years but it is a very rare occurance, like around every 2 months or so, but when it does happen, it is very painful. It lasts usually from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. When it happens, I drink a lot of water until it goes away, but I'm not sure if its helping it much.

Does anyone know what the cause of this is, and hopefully how to stop it from happening again, and what other solutions are there to stop it when its occuring besides water?

Mirena IUD?

I am thinking about getting the Mirena IUD. I have tried BC Pills and can never remember to take them. I did the Depo Shot and that messed me up, bleed most of the time while being on it. I have 2 kids and don't want anymore. Im not looking into tying my tubes either.

I was wondering if any of you have used or are using the Mirena IUD, how is your experience with it? Are you very hormonal? How much do you bleed with it? Any dramatic changes with your body since you've been on it? Also does anyone know how long it has been on the market?

My boyfriend have a sleeping problem?

I have been going with my boyfriend for a year in a half. We would have a really good relationship if he didnt sleep alot. We are both the same age (18) . I work he doesnt . When i go to his house all he want to do is sleep. When he comes to my house all he do is sleep. He says he cant help it. Its getting to the point that sometimes I want to leave him because of his sleeping problem but Im not because I love him. What should I do?

with the upsherin when the hair is shaved is the entire head shaved or are the side burns left on the head in other words what is shaved and what is left and how is it shaved
