On occasion, after I go #1 (and it has happened once after ejaculation from masturbation), I would get this pain in my penis as if I have to go #1 very badly. This has happened to me for several years but it is a very rare occurance, like around every 2 months or so, but when it does happen, it is very painful. It lasts usually from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. When it happens, I drink a lot of water until it goes away, but I'm not sure if its helping it much.

Does anyone know what the cause of this is, and hopefully how to stop it from happening again, and what other solutions are there to stop it when its occuring besides water?

I'm a nurse. This could be from a bladder, that's why the water helps. You can also try warm cloths around the irritation areas for some relief. In addition I would call your doctors office and schedule an appointment just in case something else is going on. You could try to cut back on your activity. You could just be irritating the area by what you are doing. Also you might be injuring yourself slowly but surely. Good Luck and take care of yourself.

Go see a doctor? Always a best bet. Dont be embaressed either cos they see things like this everyday. Either that or go take a cold shower when the "urge" arises (and so does your little frined). Or go get some "Lovein" offa some one.

Several years? Dont you think you should have seen a doc earlier?

Doesnt sound like anything is going to drop off real soon but see the doc anyway. He will give you a plastic bag to keep it in if its real bad.
