Ok...here is an update: I am almost 39 weeks, I had my membranes stripped monday ( I was 2-3 cm and about 80% effaced). I lost my mucous plug Wednesday. I haven't really been having any pains...since last night I have been getting like a sharp pain down there(right below the pooch)...I'v had it for the past month though on and off. Do you think labor is soon or do you think I have a little ways to go? What's your experience?

My husband got laid off a month ago. It has been very hard expecially this time of year. We have a 3 year old little girl who won't have the christmas she deserves! I am trying to make some of those "therapeutic warming rice things" that people warm in the micro and put on thier eyes or forhead. Any ideas on good things to fill them with too would be nice. I'm thinking flax seeds and some lavender might work well.

My husband and I are having a dilema. Our son is due January 23rd and we can not decide for anything to get the ocean wonders cradle swing or the papasan cradle swing! What one do you think is better? Obviously you will not have had both, but I know they are both great swings, and I'm sure there are pluses and minuses to both. I'm not sure if I like how the papasan does not sit up as much as the ocean wonders but I'm not sure.

i have a huge family and lots of little kids. On Christmas Eve, we have our family Party. We have all drawn names of the kids and each kid gets 3 gifts. One from santa, one from grandparents and one from someone one of use, I have drawn the name of my 11 yr. old cousin and have no idea what 11 year old girls like. Please help.
