Dandruff and dry scalp are two different things so first you need to figure out what you have. But I recommend shampoos with tea tree oil in them. As for your hair falling out, there are several reasons why that could be happening. Genetics play a role, and there is nothing you can do to prevent that. If it's stress related or poor diet that can be fixed with taking a multi vitamin.

If your hair is falling out and you have dandruff this may mean you have an unhealthy scalp. I recommend using a dandruff reducing shampoo and extra deep conditioning. That should stop all your problems and you should be on your way to beautifull healthy hair. :)

Wasing hair too much wth shampoo or wth too much shampoo n not giving your hair a litle oily treat(wth "non artificially perfuned" olive oil or coco_nutoil) in routine or big n good oily treat atleast 2 to 3 hours b 4 washing hair wth shampoo , washing hair wth hot water, washig hair wth salted water(its a problem in places where they have processed n cleaned sea water 4 use frm sea near by) , blow drying, straightning hair, warm air blowing , direct sunlight makes common problems of dry flaky sclap n rough hair. When u wash hair , wet them too much wth water n take the shampoo in ur palm or a diposible cup n mix it wth little water n thn apply to ur wet hair(less chemical washes more of ur hair) to leather by rubbing ur sclap to a reasonable extent so that danaruff n dirt is washed away. The shampoo should never b too harsh never too light (some ppl think baby shampoo is good but it ddoes not clean hair of adult ppl). Trim the tips of your hair if they have split ends or if they r discolored. Use comb instead of brush n keep it clean like your hair or even more by washing it frequently wth a clean brush, antiseptic/anti bacterial wash (u may mix a drop of dettol in somethin simple to wash) n lots of water to rinse. Never share your comb. Always use a cleanest and most tidy pillow cover n even avoid sharing hats, helmits n etc. Never pull ur hair hard always comb atleast twice a day , comb ur hair by startin a little above tips (if u hav long hair), then strtin little high, then even frm more height until u reach the tips u can even do it wth fingers b 4 usin com if ur hair much of totally dried mess. Braided hair break less thn just tied n open just tied hair break less thn open hair (if the hair is long). Eat an apple and an egg each day, n eat fish(daily intake of cod liver oil ll also help but not an egg, fish n cod liver oil altogather in daily routine) dry nuts r also good . The more u keep in touch in natural ingrediants for your hair the more u get n maintain beautiful hair easily. To get rid of dandruff temprarely n instantly et half cup of yogurt, mix in an egg yolk, some olive oil n apply to all ur hair roots n rest to rest of ur hair n let dry for an hour n dont try to comb or brush hm as they gradually dry n then wash wth shampoo as told above n pat dry wth towel n dont blow dry. Combing ur hair for 15 to 20 minutes b 4 goin to bed regulates the blood flow in the roots of hair.
